The weather may be getting a bit on the nippy side now that summer is a distant memory, but it takes more than the threat of wind, rain, snow, hail and fog to put off a true off-road racer…..especially when you have a quality all weather track like Kidderminster to call upon! Some of the countries best ‘in the rough’ racers recently took to the track for the 3rd round of the Midland AstroTurf Masters four wheel drive class. Despite strong competition and struggling a little in the first two rounds of qualifying, young Tony Truman showed that he was the class of the field by comfortably taking the last two rounds to put himself in pole position for the final. |

| Come the A-final, Tony piloted his Trinity powered XX-4 with great skill and maturity to show the others a clean pair of heels, leading from start to finish and crossing the finish line 9 seconds ahead of 2nd place, a fantastic result! |
