27 Turn A Final
Leg 1
A big pile up at the sweeper at the end of the straight let the 2 top drivers, Ian Taylor and Richmond Rogers get clean away from the rest of the field, with the 2 tail enders, John Painter and Tim Hancock making the most of the rest of the fields bad luck and hiking themselves up in to 3rd and 4th respectively. Ian then made a move on Richmond and made it stick putting himself into 1st place only for a short time later to lose it through the chicanes and plant his car firmly into the barrier – race over for Ian! Richmond then took up the lead. Behind this minute long battle for the lead, Elliot Boots, Nathan Morgan and Neil Castle were having their own battle that was to last the remaining 4 minutes with second place swapping between these 3 drivers all taking a turn at least once. Elliott being the faster of the drivers was just unlucky not to finish in second place when he and Neil had a small off on lap 15 letting Nathan through to take the over all 2nd place, with Elliot recovering slightly quicker than Neil to take 3rd. Brian Shardlow had a troubled run but did well to finish in 5th place followed by Phil Ravenshear in 6th, John Painter in 7th, Tim Hancock in 8th with Bryan Loynes in 9th not making it past lap 7. Ian Taylor therefore was credited with 10th place.

Leg 2
After getting away to an early lead Richmond made an error letting Ian Taylor back through to the front of the field with Elliot Boots in third. Richmond began putting a lot of pressure on Ian dodging left and right looking for a way to get past but in doing so began clipping a few corners loosing valuable seconds to a fast and closing Elliot. Another mistake by Richmond gave Elliot the chance he needed to slip through into 2nd at the 4 minute mark. Almost as soon as Elliot had made that move stick, Ian Taylor lost it through the zigzags slamming into the barrier again ending his race. This let Elliot though to take the second leg win a comfortable 6 seconds ahead of Richmond in 2nd place. Brian Shardlow finished 3rd followed by Nathan Morgan, Neil Castle, John Painter, Phil Ravenshear, Bryan Loynes Tim Hancock and Ian Taylor.

Overall placing for the A final Stock: 1st Richmond Rogers, 2nd Elliot Boots, 3rd Nathan Morgan, 4th Brian Shardlow, 5t Neil Castle, 6th Phil Ravenshear, 7th John Painter, 8th Bryan Loynes, 9th Tim Hancock and 10th Ian Taylor.

19 Turn A Final
Leg 1
An early good start by Stuart Rand was short lived when a series of small errors saw him drop to last place while Nathan Parker and Chris Kerswell put the hammer down to eek out a small lead over the rest of the field. Rob Fox made a cracking start also moving up to 4th place from 6th on the grid. Then on lap 7 Chris had a breakage retiring him from the race leaving Nathan on his own up front consistently lapping faster than anyone else left. Mark Stiles was then promoted into 2nd but being rapidly chased down by Rob Fox now in 3rd. Mark held his nerve and the racing line to stave of the charging Rob but only by the tiniest of margins - 0.3 seconds! Dave Reece finished in 4th with Steve Lissamore in 5th. Stuart Rand made a gallant comeback to finish 6th with Andy Robson in 7th, Chris Kerswell 8th, Fabien Simonini 9th and Ian Taylor failing to start in 10th.

Leg 2
Ian Taylor again failed to start the second leg and the usual first lap scuffles lost Chris Kerswell a few places and again Stuart Rand’s bad luck continued placing him at the back of the field. Nathan’s car was also suffering some problems looking slower and slower lap by lap. This gave Rob Fox and Mark Stiles all the excuses they needed to go hell for leather in a battle for the lead with Chris Kerswell charging hard to regain lost time. The 3 way battle continued all the way to the line with Rob Fox the victor Mark finishing in 2nd and Chris 3rd. Nathan Parker held on to finish 4th with Steve Lissamore challenging hard in 5th Andy Robson in 6th. David Reece came home in 7th, Fabien in 8th and Stuart in 9th with Ian again taking the red light spot in 10th.

Over all Results for 19t Super Stock: 1st Rob Fox, 2nd Mark Stiles, 3rd Nathan Parker, 4th Steve Lissamore, 5th Chris Kerswell, 6th Dave Reece, 7th Andy Robson, 8th Stuart Rand, 9th Fabien Simonini and 10th Ian Taylor.

Modified A Final
Leg 1
Glenn Doman and Chris Grainger had a big collision from the off relegating them both to the back of the field leaving Adam Rogers, Craig Drescher and Kevin Brunsden with space to play with. Craig tried a little too hard to attack Adam in the first few minutes, loosing control and slamming hard into the barrier – race over. Adam then quickly settled into his rhythm and began to pull out a lead of almost a full lap over now second place driver Kevin Brunsden. Glenn Doman and Chris Grainger recovered well to continue their fight and drag themselves back up to 4th and 5th place respectively. Andy Childs drove a fairly consistent race to finish 5th from 8th on the grid with Richard White keeping his 6th slot. Mark Fuller finished 7th from 10th on the grid with John Pape in 8th. Elliott Harper failed to complete the full 5 minutes retiring on lap 9 but finished ahead of Craig in 9th and 10th.

Leg 2
Adam Rogers got away cleanly again this time closely pursued by Chris Grainger with Elliott Harper making a lightning start making it up into 3rd spot. Craig Drescher had another awful first couple of laps dropping right down the field leaving the 2 leaders battling ahead of Elliott, Glenn Doman, Kevin Brunsden, Andy Childs and John Pape who all seemed equally paces and capable. A costly mistake by Elliott then on lap 8 saw him drop from 3rd to 7th giving Glenn 3rd place hotly pursued by Kevin. Adam was clearly the class of the field though. Despite continued pressure from Chris Grainger he consistently put in 14 second laps to comfortably take the race win by a full 8 seconds and with it the overall Mod win. Chris came home a comfortable second with Glenn resisting the pressure from Kevin to finish 3rd and 4th respectively. Andy Childs finished 5th, John Pape 6th, Elliott Harper 7th Rich White 8th Craig Drescher 9th and Mark Fuller 10th.

Overall Modified A Final results: 1st Place Adam Rogers, 2nd Chris Grainger, 3rd Kevin Brunsden, 4th Glenn Doman, 5ht Andy Childs, 6th Rich White, 7th John Pape, 8th Elliott Harper, 9th Mark Fuller and 10th Craig Drescher.
